ICBC's L&N Driver Restrictions Quick Guide

ICBC's L (Learner) and N (New Driver) restrictions are part of their graduated licensing program which aims to reduce distractions for the most inexperienced drivers. New drivers are more likely to have collisions, especially when lots of friends are in the car. This video is just a quick introduction to the various restrictions for new drivers and young drivers in British Columbia. These driver restrictions aren't forever, but they are in place in order to reduce collisions and injuries.
