Four way stops can confuse some drivers. Check out the four way stop demo examples. Whichever car stops first, should go first. If you stop at the same time, yield to the right. And, if you stop at the same time, left turns should yield to right turning and straight-through traffic. If you aren't sure, yield the right of way and never proceed until you know for sure it's safe.
