Turn left not UNTIL it is 100% SAFE! If you have entered the intersection when the light is green, you're allowed to leave the intersection (turn) when it is SAFE, regardless of the color of the traffic light. Sometimes it is YELLOW or even RED by the time it's safe because a car such as this one is 'running through the light'. Drive safety and only turn left when you know it will be safe to do so. Left turns can be dangerous.
