Q: Can I drive without a Horn?

(Last Updated On: July 6, 2013)

Driving a car without a working horn is illegal. You need a horn in case of emergency situations and for warning others of hazards and/or dangerous situations when driving. If your horn is not working, have it replaced or repaired immediately.

She can be found reading the Motor Vehicle Act for fun while receiving strange looks from others. May the quest for great driving continue!
